Set in Epsom, amongst early 1900’s character homes, this now striking 21st century architectural residence began life as an unassuming 1960’s brick dwelling. 

Designed by Daniel Marshall, Hargraves Homes were tasked with the project. Over a period of 12 months, Royce and his team seamlessly integrated the old with the new, made additions, and then home was wrapped in striking black stained cedar. A radically transformed contemporary home revealed itself. With a concrete in-ground swimming pool and landscaped gardens, also completed by Hargraves Homes, the package was complete.
