I engaged Hargraves Homes for a 22 month renovation project on my St Heliers family home and would describe the team as “Simply Superior”.

The project was complex with many trades involved. Royce’s project management skills are exceptional and at no time were we delayed by not having who or what we needed on site. The team of tradies were all a great bunch of people and were always really respectful and mindful that we were living on site during the first 2/3 of the reno.

Often I would need to make decisions as issues with the 1980’s house were revealed. Royce and his Head Forman always expertly communicated the options to me in a way that I could understand, and gave sound unbiased advice.

Needless to say the workmanship was outstanding and the result was a transformation into a very extraordinary 622sqm masterpiece. I would build again with Hargraves Homes in a heartbeat and have no hesitations in recommending the team.
